About the Therapist
Angela Gresham is a native of Georgia and no stranger to serving individuals in crisis. Over the past 15 years, her ministry has reached out to Georgia’s inmates, women in shelters, and families in need through many community initiatives. Angela Gresham approaches therapy from an integrative perspective of both a Christian worldview and professional counseling. She uses a brief, solution-focused model of therapy with respect to the family systems theory. Angela Gresham is passionate about helping others; she is committed to Biblical principles and Christian values.
Angela Gresham is trained in biblical studies and professional counseling. Currently licensed as a Christian Therapist, Angela Gresham has an earned Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Richmont Graduate University. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and abides by their code of ethics in professional standards. She is also a member of AACC's division of Black African American Christian Counselors (BAACC). Angela Gresham holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of West Georgia and she is certified by the Georgia Department of Human Resources as an IMPACT trainer. Angela Gresham's mission is to help individuals and families to heal, to grow and achieve balance in their lives. Many individuals, families and children have been strengthened by her professional services. For the past four years, she has facilitated parent trainings to adoptive and foster care families. Angela Gresham has volunteered services to Christian organizations and churches in various capacities over the past twenty years. She is a sought after speaker and workshop leader.
